# Get Libraries Ext

`GET /getLibrariesExt`

Get all libraries from the masterchain state as a serialized BoC dictionary suitable for the TVM emulator.

## Query parameters

- `seqno` integer — Masterchain seqno. If omitted, the latest committed masterchain state is used.
