- `503`: RFC 7807 billing-unavailable: Stripe is not configured, the event arrived before the payment it refers to, a setup Checkout's saved method, or the subscription of an invoice that arrived first, could not be read from Stripe yet (rolled back, no event row; Stripe redelivers)
