The impersonation token

- object: The outcome of an admin impersonating an account.
  - `account` object: The impersonated account.
    - `id` string
    - `email` AccountId (unresolved $ref)
  - `token` string: An account token granting permissions on the behalf of [account].

## Other responses

- `403`: The account is an admin
- `404`: The account does not exist
