# Find an email — async, deep resolution

`POST /api/v1/enrichment/find-email`

Find an email address for a person at a company through a comprehensive, multi-source resolution that runs deeper than a single-source lookup—submit your request and poll for the result, which typically resolves within 10–60 seconds for a higher hit rate.

**Input:** person name (`firstName` + `lastName`, or `fullName` as a fallback) plus, for best results, at least one supporting identifier — `companyName`, `domain`, `contactLinkedinUrl`, or `companyLinkedinUrl`.

**Output:** the submit call returns a `requestId`, a `statusUrl`, and an `expiresAt` timestamp immediately. Poll the status endpoint to retrieve the resolved email address (or `null` if no deliverable email is found), the `status` (`pending` / `completed` / `failed`), billing info (`creditsCharged`: 0.5 on success, 0 otherwise), and `createdAt` / `completedAt` timestamps. Requests are stored for 24 hours.

Provide ``firstName`` + ``lastName`` plus at least one of ``companyName`` / ``domain`` / ``contactLinkedinUrl`` / ``companyLinkedinUrl`` for best results. ``fullName`` is accepted as a fallback when the first/last split isn't available.

## Other responses

- `400`: No search parameter supplied — provide at least one.
- `429`: Rate limit exceeded. Retry after the number of seconds in the `Retry-After` response header.
