# Recall Semantic Memory

`POST /v1/graphs/{graph_id}/memory/recall`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.robosystems.ai` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://api.robosystems.ai/v1/graphs/{graph_id}/memory/recall`
- Auth: one of:
  - API key in header `X-API-Key`
  - HTTP bearer

Ranked semantic recall over the graph's per-graph memory store. Returns scored hits in the same shape as document search.

## Path parameters

- `graph_id` string, required

## Request body

- MemoryRecallRequest: Body for recall (ranked semantic search over memory).
  - `query` string, required: Recall query
  - `k` integer: Max results to return
  - `memory_type` string, nullable: Filter by memory type
  - `source` string, nullable: Filter by source

## Response `200`

Successful Response

- SearchResponse: Response model for document search.
  - `total` integer, required: Matching documents before any grouping, as OpenSearch counts them (it stops counting at 10,000). Not the number of distinct results a grouped search can page through.
