# Operation to Submit a Manual Payment for a User.

`POST /service-efficiency-api/v1/payments/users/{userId}`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://apis.roblox.com`
- URL: `https://apis.roblox.com/service-efficiency-api/v1/payments/users/{userId}`
- Auth: one of:
  - API key in cookie `.ROBLOSECURITY`
  - API key in header `x-api-key`

## Path parameters

- `userId` integer, required

## Request body

- SubmitManualPaymentRequest: Request object to be set as the body of submit manual payment endpoint requests.
  - `amount` ServiceEfficiencyApiMoney: Temporary until https://roblox.atlassian.net/browse/ICSC-1360 is done. Will be replaced by google.type.Money
    - `currencyCode` string, nullable: The three-letter currency code defined in ISO 4217.
    - `units` integer: The whole units of the amount. For example if `currencyCode` is `"USD"`, then 1 unit is one US dollar.
    - `nanos` integer: Number of nano (10^-9) units of the amount. The value must be between -999,999,999 and +999,999,999 inclusive. If `units` is positive, `nanos` must be positive or zero. If `units` is zero, `nanos` can be positive, zero, or negative. If `units` is negative, `nanos` must be negative or zero. For example $-1.75 is represented as `units`=-1 and `nanos`=-750,000,000.
  - `billId` string, nullable: Gets or sets the id of the bill to make the manual payment on.
