# Create a project

`POST /v1/org/project`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.roark.ai`

- Auth: HTTP bearer

Create a new project in the organization. The project is provisioned with the default analysis packages, dashboard, and alerts, exactly as a UI-created project would be. The user who minted the API key becomes the initial project owner.

  - `dataStorageRegion` 'US_EAST_1' | 'EU_WEST_1': Defaults to US_EAST_1
