# Give the service a Roar address

`POST /client/services/{id}/roar-domain`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.roar-ai.com`
- URL: `https://api.roar-ai.com/client/services/{id}/roar-domain`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

A hostname we own and manage, ready as soon as the app runs — no DNS for the customer. For their own domain, use `POST /client/services/{id}/domains`. `id` is a SERVICE id — take it from `services[].id` on `GET /client/apps/{appId}`, not the app id itself. Requires `apps:deploy`.

## Path parameters

- `id` string, uuid, required

## Response `200`

The address. (Response shape not yet modelled in this spec.)

- object

## Other responses

- `404`: No such service for you
