`POST /client/services/{id}/build`

## Request

Framework, build command, start command and why each was chosen. `id` is a SERVICE id — take it from `services[].id` on `GET /client/apps/{appId}`, not the app id itself.

Worth calling before diagnosing a failed deploy: a styled 404 from a running app and a misdetected framework look identical from outside, and this endpoint is what tells them apart. Requires `apps:deploy`.
