# Create a project

`POST /client/projects`

## Request

Group keys and apps under a shared budget. Requires `projects:write`.

  - `hardCap` boolean
  - `alertAtPct` integer

  - `clientId` string, uuid, required
  - `mcpDisabledAt` string, date-time, nullable: Set when Roar has switched the MCP gateway off for this project: no key in it can use gateway tools. Null = on.
