# Set the organisation this connection acts in

`POST /client/organizations/default`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.roar-ai.com`

- Auth: HTTP bearer

Point an MCP connection at one of your own organisations, for good. Refuses an organisation you do not belong to (404) and one that is not active (400). An API key cannot be repointed — mint a key in the organisation you want instead.

## Response `200`

The organisation now in use

## Other responses

- `400`: Not an active organisation, or the caller is an API key
- `404`: No such organization
