# GitHub organisations this person can add to the workspace

`GET /client/github/reachable`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.roar-ai.com`
- URL: `https://api.roar-ai.com/client/github/reachable`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

The installations of the Roar app that THIS PERSON’S OWN GitHub login reaches, minus the ones the workspace already holds — including an organisation other workspaces already use. `connected: false` means they have not linked their own GitHub yet (nothing else is offered); `failed: true` means GitHub could not be asked, which is not the same as nothing to add; `canAdd: false` means the workspace’s member-connect policy, or an API key or operator, which have no GitHub login. Says nothing about which other workspaces use an installation. `installUrl` is GitHub’s install flow for an organisation the app is not approved on yet — a non-owner’s click there becomes a request to that organisation’s owners. Requires `apps:read`.
