# Regions you can deploy into

`GET /client/apps/regions`

## Request

The regions available to this account, for the `cell` field on a deploy. Each row carries `available` (can it take this app now, given `database`) and `databases` (does the region offer a Roar-provisioned database at all). A region with `databases: false` runs apps with no database or with a `DATABASE_URL` of your own, and refuses `databaseEnabled` — that does not change by waiting.

`database` is REQUIRED: pass `1` if the app will use a Roar-provisioned database and `0` if it will not. The answer differs — a region can host apps without being able to host their data.
