# Confirm Payment Method

`POST /v1/account/payment-method/confirm`

## Request

- Auth: HTTP bearer

Store the card once Stripe.js confirmed the SetupIntent.

## Request body

- V1SetupIntentConfirmRequest
  - `setup_intent_id` string, required

## Response `200`

Successful Response

- V1PaymentMethod: The card saved for headless API orders (set up on the account page).

  - `brand` string, nullable
  - `last4` string, nullable
  - `exp_month` integer, nullable
  - `exp_year` integer, nullable
  - `created_at` string, date-time, nullable

## Other responses

- `400`: Malformed request.
- `401`: Missing or invalid credentials.
- `403`: The credentials do not permit this operation.
- `404`: The resource does not exist or is not visible to the caller.
- `409`: The resource is not ready, or Idempotency-Key was reused with a different request.
- `422`: Validation failed; see `error.param` and `error.details`.
- `429`: Rate limit exceeded; retry after the `Retry-After` header.
- `500`: Unexpected failure; safe to retry with the same Idempotency-Key.
- `503`: A dependency is temporarily unavailable; retry later.
