Transform image coordinates to real-world coordinates using a transformation matrix.

Args:
    intrinsic_matrix: 3x3 transformation matrix
    coordinates: List of [x, y] coordinates in image space

Returns:
    real_coordinates: List of [x, y] coordinates in real-world space
