`POST /designs/convert-to-content`

## Request

  - API key in header `rmfg_key`
  - API key in header `supabase_key`
  - API key in header `supabase_refresh_key`

Converts a STEP file to GLB/GLTF and returns the raw bytes in the response.
Tries the native rmfg-planner API first, falls back to Zoo (KittyCAD).
No database writes, no storage uploads — pure conversion.
