# Checks

`GET /v1/bend-programs/{program_id}/checks`

Retrieve warnings, sampled collision witnesses and validation coverage.

## Path parameters

- `program_id` string, required

## Response `200`

Successful Response

- V1BendProgramChecks
  - `status` 'passed' | 'failed' | 'unavailable', required — Overall sampled result. Inspect findings even when passed; this never means machine-ready.
  - `summary` string, required
  - `findings` object[], required — All tooling/process findings, with level, message and optional bendId.
  - `collisions` object, nullable, required — Native sampled audit: status, hits (bendId/progress/mesh/obstacle), sample count, backgauge coverage, limitations and errors. Null means no collision audit ran.
  - `validation_scope` object, required
  - `inventory_confirmed` boolean, required
  - `search` object, required

## Other responses

- `401` — Missing or invalid credentials.
- `403` — The credentials do not permit this operation.
- `404` — The resource does not exist or is not visible to the caller.
- `409` — The resource is not ready, or Idempotency-Key was reused with a different request.
- `422` — Validation failed; see `error.param` and `error.details`.
- `429` — Rate limit exceeded; retry after the `Retry-After` header.
- `500` — Unexpected failure; safe to retry with the same Idempotency-Key.
- `502` — An upstream service or saved artifact returned an invalid response.
