Quote an RFQ from the /v1/ws/rfqs stream as a maker. The RFQ's exchange comes from
the stream's store; the request is the same on every exchange.

- `river_rfq_id` string, required

## Request body

- CreateMakerQuoteRequest
  - `subaccount_id` string, uuid, required: Non-custodial subaccount quoting the RFQ
  - `bid` number, required: YES-space bid: our price to buy YES
  - `ask` number, required: YES-space ask: our price to sell YES (venue no_bid = 1 - ask)
  - `auto_confirm` boolean: Confirm automatically the moment the taker accepts, instead of waiting for the confirm call
  - `rest_remainder` boolean: Rest any unfilled remainder on the book after execution
