# Search funds by ticker or name

`GET /data/funds/search`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://riskmodels.app/api`
- URL: `https://riskmodels.app/api/data/funds/search`
- Auth: one of:

  - none

Full-text ilike search over `ticker` and `fund_name`, optionally filtered by 9-box style cell (slug or canonical name) and share-class primary flag (`?primary=true` filters `primary_bw_fund_id IS NULL`).

    - `status` 'active' | 'delisted', nullable: Fund lifecycle status. Null when not yet classified. Direct lookups return dead funds; list and search endpoints filter to active funds by default.
