# Update auto-refill settings

`PATCH /balance`

## Request

Updates prepaid auto-refill on `agent_accounts`. When `enabled` is true, `refill_amount_usd` (20, 50, or 100) and `min_threshold_tokens` (maps to USD threshold between $5 and $50) are required.

## Request body

  - `enabled` boolean, required: Enable or disable auto top-up.
  - `refill_amount_usd` 20 | 50 | 100: Required when enabling auto-refill.
  - `min_threshold_tokens` number: Token threshold; converted to USD for storage. Implied USD must be between 5 and 50 when enabling.

## Response `200`

Updated settings or current state.
