# Enable or disable affiliate payout claims

`POST /admin/affiliate-claims-enabled`

Turn affiliate payout claims on or off platform-wide (kill switch — disabled rejects ClaimAffiliatePayout before any DB write or on-chain call). Writes an audit-trail row recording which admin toggled it and why (internal).

## Request body

- ApiSetAffiliateClaimsEnabledRequest
  - `enabled` boolean
  - `actor` string: Wallet address of the admin performing this action. Required, recorded in the audit log entry this RPC always writes.
  - `reason` string: Why claims are being turned on/off, e.g. an incident link or "resuming after math reconciliation". Recorded in the audit log entry, not shown to affiliates.

## Response `200`

A successful response.
