# Associate a flag with a call

`POST /empower/flag/{flag_id}/call/{call_uuid}`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://public-api.ringover.com/v2`
- URL: `https://public-api.ringover.com/v2/empower/flag/{flag_id}/call/{call_uuid}`
- Auth: API key in header `Authorization`

Associates an existing flag with a specific call. Use this to tag or categorize calls for review.

**Permission:** `Empower Write` required.

**Monitoring:** No impact.

## Path parameters

- `flag_id` integer, required
- `call_uuid` string, uuid, required

## Response `200`

Successful operation — the flag has been associated with the call.

## Other responses

- `400`: Bad request — invalid flag ID or call UUID format.
- `401`: Unauthorized — missing or invalid token, or insufficient Empower Write permission.
- `404`: Not found — the specified flag or call does not exist.
- `500`: Internal server error.
