# Enable updates to an adopted Workday goal

`POST /workday_integration/profile/goals/activate`

## Request

Explicit opt-in after normal Rhythms publication. Revalidates ownership, edit rights, target baseline, configuration and Workday workflow. Marks the original goal ready for the next scheduled or manual sync; does not submit immediately.

  - `uuid` string, required: Own imported goal mapping UUID

## Other responses

- `400`: Bad Request - Invalid parameters or malformed request
- `401`: Unauthorized - Invalid or missing authentication
- `403`: Forbidden - User lacks permission to access this resource
- `404`: Not Found - Resource does not exist
- `409`: A sync is running; retry afterward
- `422`: Unprocessable Entity - Invalid request parameters or validation errors
- `429`: Too Many Requests - Rate limit exceeded
- `500`: Internal Server Error - Unexpected server error
