# Save Workday mappings and schedule

`PATCH /workday_integration`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.rhythms.ai`
- URL: `https://api.rhythms.ai/workday_integration`
- Auth: none required

Validates and saves actual tenant reference identifiers and the sync schedule. Saving confirms valid mappings; no separate acknowledgement is required. A pause-only request does not depend on Workday availability. Administrator only.

  - `configuration` object, required
    - `enabled` boolean: Enable scheduled and manual sync
    - `status_not_started` string: Workday status reference ID for not started
    - `status_in_progress` string: Workday status reference ID for active goals
    - `status_on_track` string: Workday status reference ID for on track
    - `status_behind` string: Workday status reference ID for behind
    - `status_at_risk` string: Workday status reference ID for at risk
    - `status_completed` string: Workday status reference ID for closed goals
    - `status_postponed` string: Workday status reference ID for postponed goals
    - `sync_public_only` boolean: Sync only public objectives when true; default false includes restricted objectives owned by the receiving employee
    - `scope_start` string: Earliest objective end date, YYYY-MM-DD
    - `schedule_rules` string: iCal DTSTART and RRULE; the DTSTART clock time is local to schedule_timezone
    - `schedule_timezone` string: Recognized IANA time zone

- `400`: Bad Request - Invalid parameters or malformed request
- `401`: Unauthorized - Invalid or missing authentication
- `403`: Forbidden - User lacks permission to access this resource
- `404`: Not Found - Resource does not exist
- `422`: Unprocessable Entity - Invalid request parameters or validation errors
- `429`: Too Many Requests - Rate limit exceeded
- `500`: Internal Server Error - Unexpected server error
