# Edit your contribution description

`PUT /okrs/objectives/contributor`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.rhythms.ai`
- URL: `https://api.rhythms.ai/okrs/objectives/contributor`
- Auth: none required

Updates only the caller's contributor description. Does not grant permission to edit the goal or other members.

## Request body

- object
  - `uuid` string, required: Goal UUID
  - `type` string, required: Goal type
  - `contribution` string: Optional description, maximum 280 characters; null clears it

## Other responses

- `400`: Bad Request - Invalid parameters or malformed request
- `401`: Unauthorized - Invalid or missing authentication
- `403`: Forbidden - User lacks permission to access this resource
- `404`: Not Found - Resource does not exist
- `422`: Unprocessable Entity - Invalid request parameters or validation errors
- `429`: Too Many Requests - Rate limit exceeded
- `500`: Internal Server Error - Unexpected server error
