# Materialize a shared Teams attachment

`POST /internal/teams_chat/materialize_shared_attachment`

Resolves the verified Teams author, reads a direct SharePoint file through that user's authorized connection, and stores it as a chat attachment. Requires the internal API key. Returns 404 for an unresolved identity, 409 with code connection_required when a SharePoint connection is needed, or 422 with a safe file error code for unsupported, inaccessible, oversized or failed downloads.

  - `bot_application_id` string, required — Application ID of the authenticated Teams bot
  - `microsoft_tenant_id` string, required — Microsoft tenant ID from the authenticated Teams activity
  - `aad_object_id` string, required — Microsoft Entra object ID of the activity's author
  - `content_url` string, required — Direct HTTPS SharePoint file URL from the Teams attachment

- `400` — Bad Request - Invalid parameters or malformed request
- `401` — Unauthorized - Invalid or missing authentication
- `403` — Forbidden - User lacks permission to access this resource
- `404` — Not Found - Resource does not exist
- `409` — Microsoft SharePoint connection or reconnection required (code: connection_required)
- `422` — Unprocessable Entity - Invalid request parameters or validation errors
- `429` — Too Many Requests - Rate limit exceeded
- `500` — Internal Server Error - Unexpected server error
