# Resolve checked recipient runtime evidence

`GET /internal/chat/human_requests/runtime`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.rhythms.ai`
- URL: `https://api.rhythms.ai/internal/chat/human_requests/runtime`
- Auth: none required

Require a current-user Internal token and internal service key, resolve the canonical recipient binding, and verify an exact Rails-linked partial assistant and genuine human source. Return recipient-safe request state with complete observed text/descriptors from at most 20 sources and 64 KiB; ordinary authorized chats return null. This read cannot create messages or accept an outcome.

- `source_message_uuid` string, required
- `assistant_message_uuid` string, required

## Other responses

- `400`: Bad Request - Invalid parameters or malformed request
- `401`: Unauthorized - Invalid or missing authentication
- `403`: Forbidden - User lacks permission to access this resource
- `404`: Not Found - Resource does not exist
- `422`: Unprocessable Entity - Invalid request parameters or validation errors
- `429`: Too Many Requests - Rate limit exceeded
- `500`: Internal Server Error - Unexpected server error
