`POST /goal_changes`

Summarizes recent Operating Memory updates for a readable goal without requiring a saved view.

## Request body

  - `goal_uuid` string, required
  - `start_date` string, required
  - `end_date` string, required
  - `timezone` string, required
  - `as_of` string, required
  - `retry` boolean

## Other responses

- `400` — Bad Request - Invalid parameters or malformed request
- `401` — Unauthorized - Invalid or missing authentication
- `403` — Forbidden - User lacks permission to access this resource
- `404` — Not Found - Resource does not exist
- `422` — Unprocessable Entity - Invalid request parameters or validation errors
- `429` — Too Many Requests - Rate limit exceeded
