`PATCH /chat/triggers/{uuid}`

## Request

Edit an owned pending wait with the expected revision; a started continuation cannot be edited. MCP and Internal service calls require the signed update_chat_wait operation; authenticated WebUI user calls use wait policy.

    - `settings` object: Partial typed settings
    - `detector` object: Complete typed detector

- `403`: Forbidden - User lacks permission to access this resource
- `404`: Not Found - Resource does not exist
