# Create human input request

`POST /chat/human_requests`

## Request

Create one request from a trusted signed Chat V2 invocation. Origin and stable invocation identity come from the signature; identical retries return the same saved request while changed arguments conflict. Delivery is durably queued without provider calls inside this request transaction.

## Request body

  - `thread_uuid` string: Must match signed origin when provided
  - `origin_message_uuid` string: Must match signed assistant when provided
  - `respondent_uuid` string, required: Active same-tenant recipient UUID
  - `title` string, required: Title, at most 200 characters
  - `question` string, required: Question, at most 8192 bytes
  - `shared_context` string: Shared context, at most 8192 bytes
  - `answer_expectations` string: Answer expectations, at most 2048 bytes
  - `due_at` string, required: ISO8601 future due time
  - `expires_at` string: ISO8601 expiry within 30 days of creation
  - `continuation_instructions` string, required: Private requester continuation task

- `400`: Bad Request - Invalid parameters or malformed request
- `401`: Unauthorized - Invalid or missing authentication
- `403`: Forbidden - User lacks permission to access this resource
- `404`: Not Found - Resource does not exist
- `422`: Unprocessable Entity - Invalid request parameters or validation errors
- `429`: Too Many Requests - Rate limit exceeded
- `500`: Internal Server Error - Unexpected server error
