# Open recipient conversation

`POST /chat/human_requests/{uuid}/conversation`

## Request

Create or reopen the addressed recipient's fresh empty web conversation without a model call or synthetic message. Repeated clicks converge to one platform thread key. Ended requests may only reopen their existing binding.

- `401`: Unauthorized - Invalid or missing authentication
- `403`: Forbidden - User lacks permission to access this resource
- `404`: Not Found - Resource does not exist

- `429`: Too Many Requests - Rate limit exceeded
- `500`: Internal Server Error - Unexpected server error
