`POST /chat/human_requests/{uuid}/cancel`

Cancel requester-owned collection or its exact accepted continuation without erasing accepted human evidence. Authorized cancellation remains available when the feature is disabled. MCP and Internal service calls require the exact signed cancel_human_request operation and original conversation; authenticated WebUI user calls use request policy.

- `403`: Forbidden - User lacks permission to access this resource

- `429`: Too Many Requests - Rate limit exceeded
- `500`: Internal Server Error - Unexpected server error
