# Update privacy preferences (AI opt-out, sensitive PI limit)

## Request body

- UpdatePrivacyChoicesDto
  - `aiTrainingOptOut` boolean: Opt out of AI profiling: stops personal health data (food logs, weight, patterns) from being sent to OpenAI for personalized coaching. Tracking features still work — data is saved locally but not analyzed by AI. Required by Quebec Law 25 (profiling opt-out) and CCPA/CPRA (ADMT opt-out).
  - `sensitivePiLimit` boolean: CCPA: Limit use of sensitive personal information (disables location tracking and travel context in AI)
  - `privacyAccepted` boolean: Accept the current Privacy Policy version. Required for existing users whose privacy_version does not match the current required version. Must be true — sending false returns 400.
  - `termsAccepted` boolean: Accept the current Terms & Conditions version. Required for existing users whose terms_version does not match the current required version. Must be true — sending false returns 400.
  - `healthDataConsentAccepted` boolean: Re-consent to health and wellness data collection under the current PP version. Required for existing users whose health_data_consent_version is outdated. Must be true — sending false returns 400.
