# Take the comparable prize instead of the coaching chat

`POST /api/rewards/grants/{id}/chat-substitute`

## Request

Only while no coach has a day open (409 `DAYS_OPEN` otherwise). Swaps the prize for the `substitute` from GET chat-days and delivers it — returns a claim result (`next_action`, usually `open_chat`). 409 `NO_SUBSTITUTE` when nothing qualifies, `ALREADY_BOOKED` once a day is booked.
