`POST /api/rewards/admin/qa/points/{userId}`

- QaSetPointsDto
  - `points_total` number, required: Target points_total. Ledger and today's activity are cleared first, then re-seeded to exactly this value via a single ledger adjustment — never a direct write to the derived total.
