# Run the one-time existing-user seed right now

`POST /api/rewards/admin/qa/historical-seed/{userId}`

The same inline seed a real first `/rewards/me` read would trigger — not a bypass of its gates. No-ops (with a reason) if user_points_state already exists for this user (call qa/reset first) or if their account postdates REWARDS_LAUNCH_DATE.
