# Message the team; starts the conversation on the first call

`POST /api/pc/conversation/messages`

## Request

## Request body

- PcSendMessageDto
  - `content` string, required: Message text
  - `client_id` string: Client-generated id, for idempotent retries
  - `preferred_pc_id` number: The PC the lead was shown as online (`GET /pc/live`) when they started the conversation. That PC is told first and personally; the conversation still goes to the whole pool.
