# Create a meal note. Premium-gated (enrolled or paid).

`POST /api/meal-notes`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.rewritelifestyle.ai` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)

- Auth: HTTP bearer

## Request body

- CreateMealNoteDto
  - `log_date` string, required: Diary date (YYYY-MM-DD) the meal belongs to
  - `meal_number` number, required: 1=breakfast, 2=lunch, 3=dinner, 4-6=snack
  - `meal_type` string: Optional label mirroring mobile UI
  - `food_log_id` number: Optional — attach the note to a specific food_logs row instead of the whole meal
  - `body` string, required: Note content (plain text, max 2000 chars)
