# Set or update the current user's health goals. Partial updates accepted — omit a field to leave it unchanged. Premium-only.

`PUT /api/health/goals/me`

## Request

- UpdateHealthGoalsDto
  - `sleep_hours` number: Target sleep hours per night (1–12). Default 7.0.
  - `steps` number: Daily step goal (500–50 000). Default 8 000.
  - `active_minutes_min` number: Daily active minutes goal (10–300). Default 60.
  - `stand_hours_min` number: Daily stand hours goal (1–16). Default 8.
