# Daily health diary

`GET /api/health/diary/me`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.rewritelifestyle.ai` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)

- Auth: HTTP bearer

Returns all available health data points for the given local date: readiness score + insight, sleep summary, activity (steps, calories, distance, floors, stand hours, workouts), vitals (resting HR, HRV, blood glucose, blood pressure), and weight. All sections are nullable — if no data exists for a section the UI should hide that card. Pass the user's local date as `date` (YYYY-MM-DD).
