# Toggle the current user's health-data sharing consent. Sets users.health_data_consent_at to NOW() on grant (idempotent — already-true does not bump the timestamp) or null on revocation. The bridge HealthDataConsentGuard (REW-421) reads this column before returning per-user health data to Lucille. Premium-only.

- SetHealthConsentDto
  - `consent` boolean, required: Whether the user consents to share their health data with their coach. Setting true creates the consent timestamp; setting false revokes it.
