- SubmitFeedbackDto
  - `type` 'suggestion' | 'bug_report' | 'contact', required
  - `query_type` 'billing_support' | 'accessing_program_materials' | 'tech_support' | 'anything_else': Required when type is "contact". Ignored for other types.
  - `message` string, required
  - `metadata` object: Optional context: screen, app_version, device

## Response `201`
