`POST /api/coach/scheduling/1on1`

## Request

## Request body

- ScheduleCoaching1on1Dto
  - `clientUserId` number, required: The client this session is for
  - `coachId` number: Defaults to the authenticated coach
  - `coFacilitatorIds` number[]: Additional coaches running this session alongside `coachId`. Equal-weight for access and reminders; only the primary is slot-checked and only the primary holds the GHL appointment.
  - `startTime` string, required
  - `endTime` string, required
  - `title` string
  - `joinUrl` string: Meeting link typed by the coach, as on every other category. Wins over GHL's own link when both exist — a coach who took the trouble to paste one meant it.
