# Post now or at publishAt, to groups (or all clients, admins only), with up to 4 images. The audience gets one push when it goes live.

  - `audience` 'all_clients' | 'groups', required: all_clients is for admins only.
  - `groupIds` string[]: Required when audience is groups: active coaching groups.
  - `publishAt` string: Publish at this instant. Omit, or send "now" or an empty value, to publish now.
  - `expiresOn` string: Last day the post shows, in your timezone (x-timezone). Omit for no end date.
  - `pinned` boolean
