`GET /api/bridge/users-with-medical-overrides`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.rewritelifestyle.ai` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://api.rewritelifestyle.ai/api/bridge/users-with-medical-overrides`
- Auth: API key in header `X-Bridge-Key`

Returns user_id + override_types[] for every user with at least one active override. Used by Mac Lucille to surface override status at the top of each client block in the coach brief. No names, emails, or health data.
