`GET /api/bridge/meal-notes/recent`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.rewritelifestyle.ai` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)

Returns up to `limit` notes (cap 500) created after `since` (ISO timestamp). Omitting `since` defaults to the last 7 days.
