`GET /api/bridge/meal-notes`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.rewritelifestyle.ai` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://api.rewritelifestyle.ai/api/bridge/meal-notes`
- Auth: API key in header `X-Bridge-Key`

Returns all active (non-deleted) meal notes for (user_id, log_date). scope: 'meal' (meal-level only), 'food' (entry-level only), 'all' (default). Requires the user to have set health_data_consent_at (REW-421).
