## Headers

- `x-timezone` string, required

## Request body

- CreateBowelMovementDto
  - `logged_at` string: ISO timestamp of the BM. Defaults to now. Accepts past timestamps for backfill (REW-410 pattern).
  - `bristol_type` number: Bristol Stool Scale 1-7. Optional — frequency-only logging is allowed.
  - `notes` string
  - `flags` BowelMovementFlagsDto
    - `blood` boolean: Visible blood in stool
    - `pain` boolean: Pain during or around the BM
    - `urgency` boolean: Strong urgency / rush
    - `incomplete` boolean: Felt incomplete
