Partitions the noPlanChosen bucket into never_started / dropped_mid / completed_no_choice (the paywall opens AFTER the questionnaire, so questionnaire depth is the drop-off funnel), plus a per-question survival curve and time-to-drop, recency and verification splits. `total` reconciles exactly with rolloutCohort.noPlanChosen for the same cohortFrom.
