# Create a new question (with optional inline options)

`POST /api/admin/questionnaire/questions`

## Request

  - `surveyId` number: Survey this question belongs to — defaults to the intake survey if omitted
  - `questionText` string, required
  - `questionKey` string, required
  - `answerType` string, required
  - `minItems` number: Minimum items required — only meaningful for answerType "repeatable_list"
  - `allowsCustomInput` boolean
  - `section` number
  - `displayOrder` number
  - `isRequired` boolean
  - `conditionalOnQuestionId` number: ID of question this depends on
  - `conditionalOnOptionIds` string[]: Option IDs that make this question visible
  - `options` CreateOptionDto[]: Initial options to create with the question
    - `optionText` string, required
    - `optionValue` string
    - `displayOrder` number
